What do all of these days have in common?

They only happen once a year.

However, the Lord’s Day is a weekly celebration.

It is a time when the saints of God gather to worship our risen King.

What a glorious day.

Although our weeks are occupied with thorns and thistles...

The gospel reminds us that Christ’s blood makes us as clean as a whistle.

We’re only two days away, but don’t be dismayed.

Because the Lord will give you the strength to make it through today.

On Sunday, we’ll partake in a glorious feast.

Before this, we will lay our burdens down at His feet.

The peace He gives us is impossible for us to conceive.

So, in humility, we stand with hands raised, ready to receive.

“Taste and see that the Lord is good. How happy is the man who takes refuge in Him!”
